How to get a Library Card - Temporary Resident Card
Temporary residents of the Hancock County Public Library district are eligible to have a library card with a maximum three-month expiration date by completing an application form and providing the following:
- Written proof of temporary Hancock County residency (e.g. lease, receipt, letter from permanent residence owner).
- Permanent forwarding address.
- Valid driver's license or photo ID.
- A limit of 2 (two) items may be checked out at any time. All circulation policies apply to temporary resident cards.
